About us

Keith Polden is a Counselling Psychologist with a special interest in Neuropsychology. He works with a team of licensed professionals in his practice. The primary practice is based in the Northern Suburbs in Cape Town, but services are provided nationwide.

The multi-disciplinary team have gained extensive experience in psychological assessments and psychotherapeutic interventions with people of all ages (children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.) The practice accommodates services in Afrikaans and English and translators are available when assessments needs to be done in any other language. We provide psychological services to a wide range of clients.

Keith Polden is the owner of the practice and a registered Counselling Psychologist with a special interest in Neuropsychology. He obtained an honours degree in BA Psychology at the University of Pretoria. He obtained his Masters Degree in Counselling Psychologist at MGI.

Neuropsychological Assessment is a performance-based method to assess cognitive functioning. This method is used to examine the cognitive consequences of brain damage, brain disease, and severe mental illness.
