Comprehensive psychological services

Keith Polden Psychological Services provide specialized psychological services, including neuropsychological services, forensic psychological services, medico-legal services, psychological assessment, psychotherapy and industrial psychological services.   Our passion is people and specifically the well-being of people.  The practice consists of a team of licensed professionals in the mental health sector.  The primary office is based in the Northern Suburbs in Cape Town, but services are provided nationwide.  We also have a specialised practice in George, please see the link to NeuroSense Memory and Mental Health Centre on the website for more information.

The multi-disciplinary team have gained extensive experience in psychological assessments and psychotherapeutic interventions with people of all ages (children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.) The practice accommodates services in Afrikaans and English and translators are available when assessments needs to be done in any other language. We provide psychological services to a wide range of clients.  We are all passionate about the well-being of people and strive to provide professional, ethical and evidence based services to our clients.

Keith Polden is a Counselling Psychologist with a special interest in Neuropsychology. He works with a team of licensed professionals in his practice. The primary practice is based in the Northern Suburbs in Cape Town, but services are provided nationwide.

About

Keith Polden is the owner of the practice and is a dually registered Neuropsychologist and Counselling Psychologist. He obtained an honours degree in BA Psychology at the University of Pretoria. He obtained his Masters Degree in Counselling Psychologist at MGI.

Neuropsychological Assessment is a performance-based method to assess cognitive functioning. This method is used to examine the cognitive consequences of brain damage, brain disease, and severe mental illness.
